At HelloPurifier, we take pride in our Trusted Quality Parts. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Step 1: Raise a request via care@hellopurifier.com or our helpline.
Step 2: Our team will schedule a reverse pickup or an inspection visit (for RO units).
Step 3: Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes Quality Check (QC), the refund is initiated.
Step 4: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
If you receive a damaged product or a unit with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, HelloPurifier will provide a free-of-cost replacement of the part or the entire unit after verification by our service engineer.
