Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

At HelloPurifier, we take pride in our Trusted Quality Parts. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund window from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.
  • The product must be unused. For RO systems, if the unit has been installed and water has passed through the filters, it is ineligible for a "Change of Mind" return due to hygiene and consumable part degradation.
  • Damaged or tampered units (not caused by our logistics) will not be accepted for return.
Important Note: Installation charges (if paid separately) and consumable parts (Filters/Membranes) are non-refundable once the machine is installed and activated.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Spare parts (Filters, Pumps, SMPS) sold individually.
  • Commercial RO Plants (these are custom-engineered per site requirements).
  • Service/AMC charges once the first visit is completed.

4. The Refund Process

Step 1: Raise a request via care@hellopurifier.com or our helpline.

Step 2: Our team will schedule a reverse pickup or an inspection visit (for RO units).

Step 3: Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes Quality Check (QC), the refund is initiated.

Step 4: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

5. Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product or a unit with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, HelloPurifier will provide a free-of-cost replacement of the part or the entire unit after verification by our service engineer.
