All orders at HelloPurifier are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We partner with premium logistics providers to ensure your water purification systems reach you in perfect condition.
*Commercial plants require custom crating and specialized freight handling.
For Domestic RO units, our installation team is automatically notified once the product is delivered. You can expect an installation call within 24 hours of the package arriving at your doorstep.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can also track your order directly through your HelloPurifier account dashboard.
In the rare event of a delay beyond our control (due to weather, strikes, or regional issues), our support team will keep you updated. If a shipment is confirmed lost by our courier partner, HelloPurifier will ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost to you.
