Welcome to HelloPurifier. Effective: February 2026

By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between HelloPurifier and you (the Customer) regarding the use of our services and purchase of our RO systems.

1. Product Representation

We make every effort to display the colors and features of our products as accurately as possible. However, as a manufacturer, we reserve the right to upgrade internal **Trusted Quality Parts** (Pumps, Membranes, SMPS) to newer, more efficient versions without prior notice, provided the performance meets or exceeds the advertised specifications.

2. Installation & Service

  • Standard Installation: Free installation is provided on select models as mentioned on the product page. Extra plumbing work, pressure reducing valves, or electrical points are the customer's responsibility.
  • Service Window: While we aim for a 24-48 hour service window across our 1600+ service centers, timelines may vary based on location and parts availability.
  • Third-Party Repair: Opening the machine or replacing parts through a non-authorized HelloPurifier engineer will immediately void the product warranty.
Commercial RO Notice: For Commercial & Industrial RO plants, a separate "Site Readiness" document must be signed. Performance is subject to the Raw Water Analysis report provided at the time of order.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to shifts in raw material costs or government taxation. Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation through our secure gateways.

4. Warranty Terms

Our 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty covers all electronic parts (Pumps, SMPS, SV). Consumable parts like Sediment Filters, Carbon Filters, and RO Membranes are covered only against manufacturing defects for a period of 7 days from installation, as their life depends entirely on input water quality (TDS levels).

5. Limitation of Liability

HelloPurifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to water damage caused by improper installation by unauthorized personnel.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida/New Delhi.
